Position Title: Site IT Administrator /Lead
Location: Pune, India

This position is responsible for coordinating IT infrastructure support and IT security initiatives that are aligned with business goals and objectives. This person is an extended team member of the global IT infrastructure support team in the Technology, Infrastructure, application & Operations organization
Ensures global infrastructure standards and policies are implemented and followed in the site.
Coordinates and supports global LAN\WAN connectivity and security services and monitors performance versus customer service level expectations.

• Has knowledge of Desktop support, W-intel server,LAN/WAN network and IT admin practices.
• Facilitates improved communications within the global IT team for infrastructure support services.
• Travels when require
• Acts as a focal point for understanding and communicating IT infrastructure needs and opportunities in the site

Education/Experience:

• A diploma degree in computer science or equivalent IT experience is required (Bachelors degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a system administrator role
• Knowledge and experience in LAN's, WAN's, and security general business applications (ERP, PLM, MS Project etc..), office tools is also required
• Must posses a holistic understanding of information technology applications of relevance to the automotive industry.
• Certification holder in the following areas preferred
o MCSE
o CCNP
o PMP
o VMware
o SAN
o Windows Scripting
o Microsoft Exchange
o Active Directory
o IIS
o ITILf
