We have urgent opening for IT Service Management / ITIL For one of our leading client CMM Company for Pune Location.

Please go through the Job Description .

Role will focus on core IT Service Management / ITIL functions including but not limited to areas such as Asset Management, problem management, service desk, change management, release management, configuration management, portfolio management, service level management and operations gap assessments. Focus on the design and implementation of processes for ITIL's IT Service Management. It will include initial assessment/diagnostic through to process design, organization design and implementation.
