Job Responsibilities
* Developing, implementing, and reviewing operating standards and IT service management processes
* Coordination with outsource service provider in helpdesk support, systems maintenance support and troubleshooting.
* Participating in technology evaluation and recommendation.
* Providing technical support to end users on PC and laptop.
Requirements
* Degree in computer science or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
* Good knowledge of ITIL service management framework, Window OS, Project management, VMWARE.
* Self-driven, independent, analytical, good communication skill, good team player.
Work Location : Singapore
