About the requirement:

Job Description

1) Should have good customer engagement skills and reasonable commercial orientation

2) Should have reasonable understanding of customer business domain and IT technology trends

3) Should have good inter personal, problem solving and presentation skills

4) Should have good initiative/drive, flexibility and concern for excellence

5) Should have good collaborative and team leadership skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

1) The PM is responsible for the customer satisfaction, revenue, cost, scope, schedule, efforts and quality of the project

2) The PM coordinates activities and milestones between customer, tech teams , outsourced vendors, various internal teams to achieve the project goals

3) The PM tracks, analyses, reviews and reports the project health to various stakeholders, including to the PMO

4) The PM i s responsible to own and facilitate closure of all project related issues.

5) The PM follows the quality process standards laid down by the dept, and is responsible for the related documentation

6) T he PM is responsible for the technical and financial signoff, closure and handover of the project

7) The PM also supports in making proposals and price estimations, to enable sales team to respond to new customer requirements

8) Depending on seniority of PM and type of projects, either dedicated project or multitasking of different size projects may be expected. Maybe also responsible for junior PMs and their projects.
Note:
1. Candidate should be in IT Infrastructure Management-like Networking,security,Data center,etc

2. Candidate should have done implementation & deployment of IT Infrastructure projects.

3. Not into operation, remote Infrastructure & support experience.
