We have requirement for “Escalation Engineer†with Global Giant/MNC.

Job Location- Bangalore


Desired Skills:
Technological Aspects:
1.Should have very good communication skill - This is one of the key factors.
2.Should have at least 5-6 years of working experience in Operations, preferably dealing with firewalls ( Cisco PIX/ASA, FWSM, CheckPoint, Juniper Netscreen etc..) Other technologies like Bluecoat Proxies, Load Balancers (F5 etc..) are a plus but not mandatory. Networking technologies like VPN, NAT, Authentication, DNS, DDNS etc. are mandatory to have.
3. Must have thorough understanding of at least one of the above mentioned firewalls ( hands on, troubleshooting, VPN, NAT, Policy constructs for that product etc.). In short should have an SME level knowledge for that product. Must have very good understanding about other firewall products as well, preferably hands on.
